About the role:
Anglicare’s Casual Pool (Jobmatch) is seeking a Roster administrator to join the team providing casual staff to our seven residential homes/villages across the Castle Hill site.
This position will ensure that the rostering and administrative aspects are managed by completing a range of administrative activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working within a similar fast paced environment in a rostering role, have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
•Ensure that staff rosters are effectively planned and managed;
•Ensure all relevant documentation is completed and forwarded to HR and payroll;
•Ensure that all filing, and records are completed to a high standard;
•Contribute to the effective running of the facility.
Skills, knowledge and experience needed:
•Experience in customer service and rostering preferably in an aged care environment
•Knowledge of Kronos or other payroll systems would be beneficial
•Strong interpersonal skills;
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel at Intermediate level;
•Attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy
