About the Role
Working closely with a dedicated team of professionals, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, their relatives and visitors. You will provide administrative support to the management team by completing general administrative tasks including balancing accounts that are essential to the effective running of our facility.
You will ideally be available Thursday and Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm. There is flexibility to pick up additional shifts and swap shifts when necessary.
•Reception duties, including greeting residents, visitors as well as couriers and trades people;
•Admitting new/ respite residents;
•Completing word processing duties, including reports, minutes and other correspondence as required;
•Distribution of mail to residents and staff.
Skills, knowledge and experience needed
•Strong administration experience.
•Previous experience working with accounts or invoice administration.
•Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated team skills.
