Anglicare have an opportunity for two energetic graduates. Under the mentorship and guidance from our HR Managers, you will be joining a dynamic and supportive team who enjoy working for a NFP organisation that is dedicated to making a difference in people's lives. As a Christian organisation with a history of service spanning over 160 years we provide accommodation, care and community services to people at all stages of life.
This is a generalist role and is a terrific opportunity to gain experience in every area of HR, as you support the team across a number of HR initiatives. Working with an experienced team, you will be responsible for attending to HR queries, maintaining accurate HR information into our Payroll system and general HR admin tasks as part of your varied and busy day.
This is an ideal entry level position suited to a recent HR graduate or someone with 6-12 months experience in a similar position. Career progression and exposure to all aspects of Human Resources and Employee Relations as well as fantastic project related work are on offer.
The role will initially be a 12 month fixed-term contract but with the possibility of ongoing employment.
To be successful in this role, you will have a recent tertiary qualification in HR/Business Management or Social Sciences, proficient in MS applications Outlook, Word and Excel and previous customer service experience would also be highly desirable.
