An opportunity has become available for a Marketing Specialist to join our team based in Norwest.

This role will provide a mid-level Marketing professional with the opportunity to lead the implementation of marketing plans and drive a customer-centric approach. You will be joining a Christian organisation with a history of service spanning over 160 years. We provide accommodation, care and community services to people at all stages of life.

About the role:


Reporting into the Marketing Manager you will work with an ambitious and supportive team managing the marketing of our growing pipeline of new retirement living developments. You will also collaborate across the wider Marketing team (home care, residential aged care and community services) and the Sales team to help drive a customer-centric marketing approach and contribute to our 10-year strategic plan.

 

The Retirement Living portfolio will provide you with interesting and diverse projects allowing you to take ownership of all promotional marketing activities including translating marketing plans into practice, developing creative and informative marketing collateral, partnering with our media agency to reach the right audiences, managing regular events from sales launches to open days, and coordinating photo and video shoots. To ensure success in this role you will have developed strong organisational skills for a seamless execution and delivery of all marketing activities, campaigns and plans, along with exceptional stakeholder management skills.

 

As an ideal candidate you will have:

  • Gained 3-5 years’ experience within a Marketing role; looking to develop your skills and take ownership of your own projects

  • Experience executing marketing plans with an understanding of budgeting

  • Completed Marketing qualifications

  • Planning skills with a proactive mindset to coordinate marketing strategies in advance

  • Time-management skills ensuring to effectively prioritise all task from ad-hoc admin tasks through to delivering campaigns

  • Excellent communication skills, including copywriting skills and a high attention to detail

  • Alignment with Anglicare’s values
