Carol Allen House is located in the historic Hawkesbury suburb of Richmond NSW. A well-established home, Carol Allen House is set against the backdrop of the Blue Mountains and is home to a close-knit community of 60 residents.
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Aged Care trainer, to join our team based at the facility on a fixed term contract of 12 months to cover parental leave.
The position is full time commencing mid August 2020. The ideal candidate would be passionate about learner engagement and experience including a commitment to high quality training and assessment.
•Relevant industry qualifications in Aged Care, preferably Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent;
•Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; desirable
•Excellent interpersonal, time-management and communication skills with an ability to communicate and support a wide range of learners;
•Sound computer skills;
•Current driver's license and own motor vehicle.
