Brian King Gardens (home to 236 residents) located at Castle Hill has an exciting opportunity available for an Aged Care trainer. The position is part time working approximately 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learner engagement and experience including a commitment to high quality training and assessment.
As a Workplace trainer you will ensure training is delivered and assessed in accordance with Anglicare procedures and AQTF standards, and skills records are maintained to meet aged care compliance standards. You will facilitate new staff orientation, refresher and compliance training as required.
•Relevant industry qualifications in Aged Care, preferably CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support or demonstrable equivalence;
•Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116);
•Excellent interpersonal, time-management and communication skills with an ability to communicate and support a wide range of learners;
•Sound computer skills;
•A current National Police Clearance
•Current driver's license and own motor vehicle.
