About the role:

Anglicare have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator - Practice and Quality position in our Foster Care - Adoption and Family Support team. In this role you will be maintaining clinical practice standards, coordinating quality frameworks and supporting business development in the Foster Care, Adoption and Family Support department. 

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Supporting implementation of business growth in Anglicare’s Permanency Support Programs
  • Assisting the Principal Officer with investigations, reporting and training.
  • Attending local forums/interagency, government meetings, developing partnerships with local parishes and networking with appropriate services.
  • Consultation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Development of a regular process of practice auditing and gap analysis by developing processes and tools to capture relevant information.
  • Maintain and present accurate records of client data and statistics as directed

About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in legal, business management, psychology or social work or similar
  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence
  • Previous experience in working in the OOHC system or social welfare sector preferably in NSW
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated understanding of regulatory framework and ability to implement relevant legislation and policies
