We are looking for an experienced Community Registered Nurse , committed and passionate in ensuring quality clinical care is delivered to older people living in their own homes in Sydney.

About the role:
Join a supportive, committed team and work Part-Time 4 days per week, in Anglicare's at Home Community team.
Our Nurses are valued and we are seeking an RN who has excellent clinical assessment skills, to manage the care of clients in collaboration with the Anglicare At Home Community staff and Anglicare's Allied Health team.
In this valued role, will have access to our clinical support team who have a strong knowledge and understanding of aged care.
*Ensures the clients' physical health and comfort is maintained by providing best practice clinical care
*Ensures communication with staff is collaborative and fostered to ensure duties are performed accurately and holistically
*Be a role model and education of clinical care to care staff as appropriate to ensue good holistic care
*Communicates effectively with families and ensures they are fully informed about issues relating to their relative
*Contributes to the effective functioning of the team by sharing clinical knowledge and skills
Skills, knowledge and experience:
*Current nursing registration with AHPRA
*Previous experience as a Community Registered Nurse in Aged Care preferable
*A 'hands on' approach to ensuring quality clinical care
*Excellent written & verbal communication and administration skills
*Computer skills to work with our online documentation system
*Current clinical experience and competence in managing clinical care
*Good interpersonal skills, with a passion for caring for others
*Current driver's licence and comprehensively insured car
*Strong initiative and effective time management in proactive care mentorship
