About the Role

An exciting new opportunity has presented itself for an engaging and dedicated individual to design and deliver change initiatives that ensure that Anglicare achieves its strategic change agenda in all matters relating to People and Culture.

You will design and deliver HR projects based on organisational redesign, change management, and strategy implementation.

More specifically you will:

  • Lead transformation relating to people and culture initiatives
  • Support the Enterprise Agreement renegotiation process (conducted by Head of HR/ER)
  • Oversee change communications as it relates to People and Culture initiatives

This is a contract role for a 2-year term on a full-time basis.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • People/Senior HR experience related to organisation redesign and restructuring
  • Learning and Development experience
  • Strong competency in delivering successful HR projects
  • Understanding of employment law principles
  • Change management experience and a high process orientation

Projects include, and not limited to:

Organisational Redesign

  • Organisational design – reviewing leadership levels, PDs, decision rights, operating model
  • Review our leadership framework and set of leadership behaviours/expectations for senior leaders
  • Develop a remuneration framework for Senior Leaders including benchmarking

Change Management

  • Create a change management tool kit
  • Support the change management of the HRIS system implementation
  • Support the implementation a change management of new staff communications portals
  • Support Hybrid/ Return to the office initiatives
  • And other strategic People and Culture projects

Strategy Implementation

  • Induction redesign in consultation with the Learning and Organisational Capability teams
  • Streamlining grandfathered entitlements and benefits to create consistency in package structure
