As the Village Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our village's success. You'll oversee a range of critical functions, ensuring that our residents enjoy the highest standards of living. Your role encompasses:
- Hospitality Excellence - Bring your background in hotel management or a related field to elevate our dining and hospitality offerings. Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where residents and guests savour every moment.
- Site Maintenance and Presentation - Our village is a place of beauty and serenity. You'll manage site maintenance and landscaping, ensuring our surroundings are always pristine and inviting.
- Vibrant Activities - Foster a dynamic community by curating engaging activities that cater to a range of interests. From art classes to outdoor adventures, you'll keep our residents active and fulfilled.
- Community Engagement - Embrace our commitment to a caring Christian community. You'll play a key role in facilitating spiritual gatherings and community events that bring residents closer together.
- Communication Expertise - Help us share our village's story and values effectively. Craft compelling messages that resonate with residents, families, and staff.
- Commercial Operations - Strategically assess and optimize commercial operations within the village, including cafes and other retail outlets or events, to ensure they align with our mission and are financially sustainable.
- Leadership - Lead a team of dedicated staff, inspiring them to deliver exceptional service and contribute positively to the village community.
About You:
To excel in this role, you'll bring:
- A background in hotel management or a related field, ideally with experience in senior living or hospitality.
- Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and mentor staff.

- Financial acumen and experience in budgeting.
- The ability to create a warm and inclusive environment.
