Do you live in the Hills District of Sydney and are seeking a new opportunity to work alongside our loved Seniors?
The role:
An exciting permanent Full Time opportunity is available for an experienced service focused administrator, to join our team working as the administration coordinator for Woodberry Anglicare Village.
Whilst supporting the Retirement Living Manager, you will ensure all administrative aspects of the villages run smoothly and our seniors are supported and cared for in this rewarding role.
Key responsibilities:
*Administration tasks, including processing work orders/correspondence, organising meetings/events and completing clerical activities
*Supporting the Village Manager with initiatives and new activities for the Village
*Monitoring expenses, maintaining corporate card, keeping records, managing bookings and enquiries
*Providing support to residents and their relatives, ensuring each resident is listened too and assisted to resolve any issues.
Skills, knowledge and experience needed:
• Previous experience in retirement living, hospitality and customer service valued
• Strong administrative, time management and organisational skills
• Excellent computer skills including the use of all Microsoft Office programs
• An understanding of basic bookkeeping principles highly regarded
• Strong alignment to Anglicare’s Christian Mission and Values of Anglicare.
• Genuine desire to support our residents and village life
