About the Role: 

As a Marketing Specialist at Anglicare, you'll support our Business Development team in achieving strategic objectives related to Community and Mission (CaM). Your focus will encompass areas such as Food and Financial Assistance, church-connected services, digital marketing, and wider team support.

In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across various CaM programs to ensure the timely delivery of marketing support, fostering connections and amplifying the reach and impact of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include (not limited to): 

  • Assist Community and Mission in engaging and recruiting clients through impactful campaigns, communication strategies, digital journeys, content creation, and events.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Communications teams to define campaign objectives, messaging, tactics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead the creation and execution of paid digital marketing campaigns across all CaM programs, optimizing campaign performance.
  • Contribute to the implementation of marketing automation to enhance campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.

About You: 

  • Demonstrated experience creating, executing and managing paid digital (Meta) marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills and proven success in achieving outstanding results
  • Able to thrive in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Hold a mature Christian faith consistent with the beliefs of the Anglican Church, with familiarity with the Sydney Anglican Dioceses
