Key Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
- Proven experience in aged care nursing (preferred)
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to provide person-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with the elderly
